Details: The Buddy Walk of Buffalo/Niagara announces its 12th year working together on behalf of every individual born with Down syndrome. JOIN US on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 10 am. to Walk, ride, or stroll 1/2 mile down Center Street in the Lewiston Kiwanis Annual Peach Festival Parade. REGISTER: 9:30am, Old Red Brick School House N4th & Onondaga Street. Check website for brochure and detailed information on our local walk at http://www.buddywalkniagara.org Lunch and festival ride tickets will be provided all particpants in our walk. It is a sunny and hot day so please bring ample supply of sunblock, a hat, and drink of preference for your child. The children really enjoy the festival rides and the parade as they dance to the music, meet thousands of people, pass out candy and balloons, ride the trolley car and celebrate their lives amongst family and friends! This is by far the single most enjoyable event of the season in our locale and largest public venue to raise positive awareness
